Getting to Know You

For years I struggled with who I was and what I had to offer to the world. I thought I was a waste of space. I struggled with depression and suicide well into my early 20’s. Until one year I found the light of the word of God and it changed everything!

I had lived in the cave of confusion for most of my life, but once I encountered the light of truth I saw things differently. No longer was I walking in the lies of who the devil told me I was, I was beginning to live out the truth of who God called me.

Not long after I started seeing myself through God’s eyes my world changed again when I met my husband. We married in college, and right after graduation we welcomed our sweet Ella bear. She teaches us daily about the love of the Father.

Some Days I Need You More

I never understood how lonely motherhood was until becoming a mom. We always have the companionship of our children and they are so fulfilling, but sometimes our weary hearts need deep fellowship. Over the past few years, I have been working through this and God has been teaching me about the importance of encouraging others and building community.

We were never meant to do life alone. God is relational and He created us to be relational as well.

This site is set up to offer a place of community, encouragement, and inspiration to Moms in every season of life.

This is a place of inclusion, where we are safe together. This is a place of inspiration, where we can grow together. This is a place of creativity, where we can encourage one another. We discover who we are when we realize WHO’S we are and the way to do that is to grow in Him daily.

Let’s do this journey together and encourage each other along the way.
